This employee made our time so much better. She spotted us playing and cheered us on as we were winning and made a point to say goodbye and happy birthday as we were leaving when she saw us walking out while she was working. She recognized me on the way to my car to get some stuff and talked and made me feel so good. The woman who brought us our upgraded card was amazing and just made us feel so special like a high roller in the movies or on TV. We played and won so much that we were upgraded from gold member to platinum in less than 24 hours. My wife had more fun watching me get excited about winning $12 on the penny slots than when she was up over a thousand dollars. We won so much and gave it right back to the casino and I have never had a better time in my life giving away thousands of dollars. I had such an amazing time playing in the casino.
